Refund policy

Art. 1 Right of withdrawal and costs
Pursuant to art. 52 of D. Lgs. 206/2005 and s.m.i., The Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
Oscalito intends to limit the environmental impact of online commerce and therefore does not want to encourage the habit of buying and making a return of products without a valid motivation, also considering the care, commitment and resources used in their production. Except in cases where the products are defective, the cancellation costs are borne by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products for which the customer has requested customization.

Art. 2 Product return procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to this effect, within the indicated deadlines, to the following email address shoponline@oscalito1936.it, specifying the e-mail address registered in the Order Confirmation, the order number and shipping address indicated at the time of order. The product must be returned to the following addresses, following the instructions provided in the e-mail shoponline@oscalito1936.it:

Oscalito will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
Oscalito will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain a refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that the customer has requested to be customized.

Art. 3 Product status
The product must be returned intact, clean, odourless, without removing the RFID label complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (bags and packaging), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, taking care not to leave traces of makeup and/or fragrances.
In any case, the Customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where Oscalito ascertains that:
- the returned product shows obvious signs of use, dirt or odours,
- the returned product and/or its accessories are not intact;
- the product is missing elements and/or accessories (e.g. fasteners, laces, buttons, etc.).
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Oscalito will return the purchased product to the sender.

Art. 4 Reimbursement
Oscalito will refund the Customer the full amount paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 1, by means of cancellation of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Oscalito may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the moment when the Customer proves to have correctly returned the product to the address indicated in point Art.2
In case of a change of the product that is not of the same amount, Oscalito will send the Customer the payment request or refund the difference before the shipment of the chosen item in exchange.
Refund or exchange processing times may vary from 5 to 30 working days.
