Micromodal is an artificial fiber similar to silk. Please note: artificial does not mean synthetic textile fiber! Micromodal is made out of beechwood cellulose (or other trees with similar characteristics). The pulp of the tree is used to create the yarn and subsequently transformed into fabric. More breathable than cotton, this fabric is an excellent alternative to traditional garments and ensures a comfortable feeling. The fibers that compose it are finer than a hair, highly resistant, and difficult to break down. Micromodal is an environmentally low-impact and sustainable choice, just like all the carefully selected materials by Oscalito.
